Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Phillips, Nebraska case from '93 and it’s just been haunting. I can’t stop thinking about how it must’ve been for the families of Clyde and Kathleen. Losing loved ones in such a senseless, violent way—it’s devastating. What really gets me is the connection to racehorses. It’s hard to fathom how something presumably routine could end in such tragedy. Makes you wonder if there were any warning signs or tensions bubbling beneath the surface that went unnoticed. We hear so often about disputes over property or business deals going south, but the specifics here seem shrouded in secrecy. It’s been so long, yet I hope there’s still a push for answers in their memory. If anyone knows more about the local response or remembers community sentiments from that time, it’d be enlightening to hear.
