Has anyone else been looking into the Baker-Fiero case from 2004? It's shocking that after all these years, there still isn't much publicly available regarding who might be responsible for this terrible act. Laurie and Amanda deserved so much better, and it's incredibly frustrating not to know where the investigation stands.
I've been thinking a lot about Amanda lately - she was just 17, probably getting ready for her senior year. Such a young life lost way too soon. I can't imagine how her friends and family must feel, facing the day-to-day without answers or justice.
If anyone has more info or insight, even something small, that would be really helpful. I hope their memories spark more conversations about domestic violence and motivate a clearer path to justice.
I’ve been following Laurie and Amanda’s case and it’s been really tough to find updates or closure. Does anyone else feel like this case just fell off the radar? Laurie seemed like a loving mom and dedicated professional from what I’ve gathered, and Amanda had her whole life ahead of her.
It’s so unsettling when you think about how two lives were cut short, and yet there's such limited information available. I can't begin to imagine the pain their family must feel not having answers or justice. It makes me think about how many cases like theirs might never get the attention they deserve. If anyone knows of any advocacy groups working to keep cases like this in the public eye or information about how we can help, please share! Laurie and Amanda deserve to be remembered and their story needs to be told.
