It's truly devastating to hear about what happened to Darrien Abrams and Damon Lawson in Columbus Square. I just can't begin to fathom the pain their families must be going through right now. It's unsettling to think about how many shell casings were found — it suggests such chaos in what should have been just another quiet evening in the city. I used to live a few blocks from that area, so this hits a bit too close to home. It’s beyond frustrating that there’s still no suspect in custody. It must be so frustrating for their families, not having any concrete answers. This is such a wake-up call for the neighborhood and authorities to address gun violence more effectively. Let’s keep sharing the CrimeStoppers info; hopefully, someone out there knows something that can help bring these families some closure. Hug your loved ones a little tighter, everyone. This world can be far too unpredictable.
