Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Dexter Savage, and something that's been on my mind is the community response and how it's possibly affecting the investigation. Dexter seems to have been a well-loved figure in his neighborhood. It's incredible (and kind of reassuring) to see people rallying around his family during such a difficult time. That said, I wonder if the immense support and involvement from the community are complicating things for the investigators in terms of managing the flow of information and potential tips.
Also, with Dexter's background in business, especially in such competitive fields, I can't help but think of the pressure that might have brought. I imagine many of us have read about cases where rivalry and seemingly benign disagreements spiral out of control. Could there have been some undercurrent in his professional life that we're not aware of yet? Hoping the police can sift through the noise and get to the bottom of this soon.
Thoughts on whether community involvement helps or hinders in cases like this? How do you think the investigators can balance public input while keeping the investigation on track?

Has anyone else been following the Dexter Savage case in Atlanta? I've been trying to wrap my head around the surveillance footage aspect. It's puzzling that despite access to nearby business cameras, the police still seem stuck. In today's tech age, you'd think there would be more progress if they had clear footage.
Were there any unusual activities in the neighborhood before that night? Or maybe there were blind spots in the area's security coverage? It worries me how someone can commit such a violent act and seemingly just vanish into thin air.
My heart goes out to his family and friends. I hope they find some breakthroughs soon, because nobody deserves to have their loved one taken like this without answers. If you've heard anything or have thoughts, please share. We need to keep discussing this so Dexter gets the justice he deserves.
