Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the Elijah Hatcher case closely and something that strikes me deeply is the effect of social media on grieving families. During the initial stages of the investigation, Elijah's mom mentioned how images of her son were shared online. This really got me thinking about the lack of empathy from people who post things like that. I can’t begin to imagine the pain of losing a child, and having that tragedy shared carelessly online must make it even worse. It seems like in this digital age, people forget the impact of their actions on real lives. It’s so important to remember that behind every case is a family trying to cope with their loss. Let’s try to be more mindful and supportive, especially in online spaces. Does anyone else have thoughts on how social media affects cases like this?
