I've been following the tragic case from Milpitas, and I keep thinking about the Nguyen-Pham family's connection to the Valley Transportation Authority. Both Vinh Nguyen and Betty Pham working there makes me wonder if there might be underlying stress factors related to their workplace. I've read that work-related stress can escalate tensions at home, especially if both partners are employed by the same organization. The added stress from their divorce proceedings could have been overwhelming. I just hope their colleagues are receiving sufficient support from their workplace to process this devastating loss. The impact of such a tragedy must be immense on the entire team at VTA who knew them both. My heart goes out to them and, of course, to anyone else dealing with the aftermath of this loss.
