Does anyone else find it incredibly chilling how close this case came to involving another innocent victim during that attempted carjacking? It goes to show just how dangerous and unpredictable things were after the murders of Edward and Alyssa. I can’t imagine the fear their families are feeling, not just because of the loss but knowing that the person responsible was still acting violently even after the crime. The community really came together to help apprehend Carrillo, and I'm grateful for the friend who intervened during the carjacking. It’s terrifying to think there could have been even more victims. My thoughts are with the affected families, and I hope they find justice and peace in this difficult time.
