Does anyone else find it so frustrating that this case still hasn’t been solved? It breaks my heart thinking about Jay's little girls growing up without their dad. I can't imagine the pain his family must feel, especially as holidays and birthdays come and go without him. The lack of answers must be incredibly tough for them. I get the feeling that someone out there knows what happened that night, but for whatever reason, they haven’t come forward. The increased reward might finally push them to share what they know. I really hope that Penns' family can find peace and the justice they deserve soon. If anyone on here is from Amarillo or knows anything, even small details could make a big difference to investigators. Let’s keep this story alive so it doesn’t go cold.

Hey everyone, I keep thinking about the significance of the location where this tragic incident happened. Amarillo Boulevard West and North McMasters Street is a pretty busy area, especially during the day. It makes me wonder if someone saw something happen but maybe didn’t realize the importance or maybe didn’t want to get involved initially. I mean, it's not a quiet spot where nobody would notice gunshots or an altercation. We're talking about a young dad, Javaurian, whose life was taken way too early. His daughters are growing up without their dad, which is just so deeply upsetting. With increased rewards now being offered, I hope it encourages anyone who might have been in the area that morning to check if there's anything they remember, even the smallest detail could be useful. This family deserves answers and justice for Jay. Stay safe, everyone. Would love to hear any thoughts or theories others might have. - C.
