Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Marcotulio Lopez Barrera, who went missing from Phoenix on September 16, 2021. Something I find puzzling is why there seems to be a lack of surveillance footage from the area where he was last seen. In today's world, cameras are almost everywhere. Does anyone know if there were any nearby businesses or traffic cameras that might have captured his movements? It's like he vanished into thin air, and I'm hoping maybe there's footage out there that just hasn't been discovered yet. Any thoughts or updates on possible video surveillance?
