I met Alexander a couple of times through mutual friends, and it's surreal to think someone so full of life is gone. I've been following the case closely, and it's just impossible to wrap my head around how quickly a simple argument turned so tragic. It breaks my heart thinking about what his family must be going through, especially with the holidays coming up. I've even seen local businesses and schools put together memorials and tributes around the neighborhood. While Austin does have its share of issues, the way people have come together to remember Alexander speaks volumes about the community's love for him. I still hope someone steps up with information—it might be the key to giving his family the answers they desperately need.

Has anyone else noticed the growing trend of verbal disputes escalating into deadly altercations? It’s so upsetting to see a young life like Alexander’s end this way. I can’t imagine what his family is going through right now. The fact that this happened in what should be a safe environment is alarming. Reading about the outpouring of love at Alexander’s funeral makes me wish more people had the chance to know him. He seemed like such a kind soul. It’s also making me reflect on how necessary and urgent it is for intervention programs addressing conflict resolution among young people. I hope the community comes together to support his family and friends. My thoughts are with all who were fortunate enough to know Alexander and are now living with the sudden void of his absence. If anyone here is in Austin, let’s be vigilant and help APD bring closure to this case.
