It's hard to process the idea of a senseless act like this taking someone away from their loved ones for no apparent reason. I really feel for Ricardo’s family and friends who must be struggling to find answers and closure. It’s a reminder of how random and cruel the world can be. I want to commend the investigators and the Arlington PD for their tireless efforts, especially with using tools like the NIBIN to link the casing to the weapon. Without their dedication, who knows how much longer Ricardo's family would have been left in the dark?
