Had anyone else seen the surveillance footage or the description released by Killeen PD about the individuals on bicycles near the scene of Anthony Powell’s shooting? It's intriguing that one bicycle was an electric one with lights, while the other was a regular pedal bike without any. To me, this detail stands out because it suggests they’re likely familiar with the area—possibly comfortable enough to ride like that at night without lights. It makes me wonder if they might live nearby or maybe visit that area often. It's frightening to imagine what Anthony's loved ones must be going through right now as they await answers. I really hope these individuals come forward soon if they have any information that can help. If you were in the area or know something, please reach out to Crime Stoppers. Even the smallest detail might make a difference. Stay safe, everyone.
