I can't stop thinking about how this case might be influencing younger kids in the neighborhood. The fact that a juvenile was involved in such a violent crime is beyond concerning, and it makes me wonder about the environment some of these kids are growing up in. I don't know if they're feeling pressured to join gangs or if they see no other way out, but it's terrifying to think that this pattern of violence might continue if we don't find a way to support at-risk youth. My heart goes out to the families of Brian and Cameron, and I hope the community can come together to work on some preventive measures. Perhaps more after-school programs or mentorship opportunities could make a difference? Anyone else have thoughts on this?
