I just came across the tragic case of Cornelius Casey Jr., and my heart goes out to his family. It's truly devastating to lose someone to such senseless violence. From what I've been reading, the shooting happened in a residential area. I can't help but wonder if any witnesses might have seen something unusual that day. It's surprising there haven't been any arrests or even suspect leads. It seems like such a brazen crime, and it's hard to believe that no one saw anything.
I really hope the community comes together to help the investigators piece this together. Maybe there's some CCTV footage in the area or someone who heard something out of the ordinary. It must be incredibly tough for the family to have no answers about why this happened. Does anyone here live in Lancaster or nearby areas who might have some insight into the community's response? My thoughts are definitely with Casey's loved ones, and I sincerely hope the Sheriff's Department gets the breakthrough they need soon.

It's a fairly commercial area, and I imagine there might be several businesses with surveillance video that could have caught something useful for investigators. It's so vital for the community to step up in times like these and provide any info, no matter how small it might seem. My heart goes out to Cornelius Casey’s family and friends; I can’t imagine what they’re going through. It must be incredibly difficult not knowing who’s responsible or if justice will be served.
