I've been following Eugene Ambard's case since it happened, and one thing that's always puzzled me is the boat. A Boston Whaler doesn’t just drift off like that, especially with the anchor dragging. This makes me think there's more to the story on the water that day. Was the anchor thrown into the ocean in a rush? Did something happen on the boat that led to it being abandoned? It feels like a big piece of the puzzle is missing here. Anyone else have theories on why the boat was found in such a peculiar state? It's haunting that with all our technology today, we still don’t have any clues as to what really happened that day.

My name is Andromeda Ambard. Eugene Ambard is my father. He is my hero, who dissapeared from my life and I do not believe it was accidental. Why have you been following this case since it happened? Do you have any further information?

I’ve been digging into Eugene Ambard’s case recently, and something that's really puzzling me is the discovery of his boat, the Boston Whaler, near Diamond Head. With the anchor dragging in the water, it makes me wonder if he intended to dock somewhere or if something unexpected happened. Why would an experienced physician like Ambard who lived on the islands all his life and presumably knew the waters well, end up with his boat in such a predicament? Was it an accident, or could there have been more at play that day? If anyone out there has local knowledge of the boating conditions or any similar past incidents, your insights would be invaluable!

None of it makes sense, and no one ever asked me what I thought about it.

Has anyone considered the possibility that Eugene Ambard's disappearance might be linked to something he knew through his work as a physician? It seems odd that a well-respected doctor like him would vanish without a trace, especially with his boat found adrift under weird circumstances. It's always perplexed me how his boat, the Boston Whaler, was just found drifting near Diamond Head. Could there have been something or someone he encountered in a professional capacity that might have led to foul play? It’s just a thought, but maybe investigating his recent patient cases or work colleagues might reveal something. It's disturbing how after all these years we still don't know what happened to him. Does anyone here have insights or theories about this angle?
