I was reading more about the tragic case of Terrese Patterson, and I keep coming back to his deep roots in the Nashville community. It's just so upsetting to think about his absence—I mean, he was your classic sports-loving guy who was always down for some basketball. You could just tell he lived for those moments with family and friends, which makes losing him like this so much more gut-wrenching for everyone who knew him. Knowing that Harris is in custody gives a bit of relief, but the lack of an apparent motive is just unsettling. How does something like this happen between acquaintances? I can’t help but wonder if there were any signs that something was amiss. My thoughts are with Terrese’s family and all the close-knit circles he was a part of. I hope they find peace and that justice is served. Any locals here who knew Terrese? How’s the community holding up?
