No suspects, no arrests, just a father shot down going to the store. This is senseless.

I can't stop thinking about the chilling aftermath of Phil Pittman Jr.'s murder at that Kroger parking lot. As a local, I've done my fair share of grocery shopping there, and it's unsettling to imagine such a violent event happening in a place that's a regular stop for so many families.
It seems like there are always stories on the news about crimes happening in public places, but this one really hits close to home. I've been pondering the security setup at that Kroger. With Pittman's tragic shooting, it's hard not to question if there could have been more measures in place to prevent something like this. Was there any surveillance footage? Is additional lighting or more emergency call boxes necessary?
My heart goes out to Phil's family and all who knew this caring father and mechanic. It's gut-wrenching to think his kids will grow up without him. Community security is something we absolutely need to address so we can prevent future tragedies and keep our neighborhoods safer. I'm hopeful that the investigation can provide some answers and bring justice for Phil and his loved ones. Has anyone heard anything about more protective measures being put in place there?
I was at that Kroger just a few days before this tragic event, and it’s unsettling to think about what happened to Phil Pittman Jr. there. This is a place many of us go with our families, and it hits home hard. From what I've read, Phil seemed like such a good person, always helping others and making people smile. He was just trying to pick up some snacks for his kids, something so routine, and his life was senselessly cut short. I’m really wondering now about the safety protocols in place at these parking lots. Do they have enough surveillance or security? It's something that has me worried for all of us in the community. I hope the police can find the person responsible soon and that there are measures taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again. My thoughts are with Phil's family and friends during this difficult time.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the security situation at that Kroger parking lot where Phil Pittman Jr. was shot. It's so upsetting to think he was just going about his day, doing something as routine as buying snacks for his kids, and then this tragedy struck. Does anyone know if Kroger has released any statements about increasing security or if there were any cameras in that lot? It’s terrifying to think this could happen to anyone, anywhere, especially when you're just running errands. I hope more businesses in the area start to ramp up their security to prevent senseless acts like this. My heart goes out to Phil’s family. They deserve answers and some semblance of peace.
