has anyone heard anything more about the role of the U.S. Secret Service in Comar's case? I can't help but wonder why they'd be involved in a local homicide investigation. It's pretty unusual, right? I mean, it's one thing for state and local authorities to handle it, but what does the Secret Service have to do with anything here? I really feel for David's family—having to deal with such a tragedy and all these questions on top of it must be incredibly difficult. If anyone has any insights, I think it would really help make sense of things for everyone following this case.
I can't stop thinking about the community impact of such a heinous crime. It's terrifying knowing this happened in a place we always considered safe. A dead-end road in a secluded area... it just doesn't sit right with me. If the attack was indeed targeted, as authorities suggest, it makes me wonder what the motive could be. Was it personal?
