Did anyone else find it odd that Frederick Gabriel’s car sat at the trailhead for two whole weeks before anyone reported him missing? ? I understand that sometimes people need a bit of space after an argument, but it seems strange that nobody, not even his girlfriend or friends, checked up on him during that time.
I wonder if there was any history of him going off-grid like this after disagreements? It also makes me curious about how often he used to visit the Woodenshoe Trail and whether he had any connections in the area. Could it be possible that someone he knew lived nearby and perhaps he was staying with them before things took a turn?
