It's crucial for companies to have protocols to manage conflicts or signs of distress before they escalate. My thoughts are with the Peña-Peña family, whose dreams and hard work came to such a tragic halt, and with the injured survivors who must now face the aftermath. Has anyone else heard if the company plans to implement any new policies in response to this tragedy?
