Hey everyone, I've been following the details of the tragic incident at that Wendy’s in Charlotte, and I can’t stop thinking about how shocking it must have been for the employees who witnessed everything unfold. It's haunting to imagine being at work, a place where you assume you’re safe, and suddenly watching something so horrific occur between coworkers. I truly feel for J'Karri Anderson’s family, especially those who work at the same location. I read that there was no known conflict before the shooting, which makes it even more confusing and senseless. It's frustrating when life is taken in such an unpredictable manner. I hope the community can rally around his loved ones and provide them with the support they need during this incredibly challenging time. It’s just a reminder of how precious and fragile life can be. Keeping the family in my thoughts. Also, hoping that justice is served in this case. Would love to hear your thoughts, especially if anyone has experience dealing with trauma at work like this.
