I've been following Jody's case, and it's such a reminder of how life can change in a split second. It must have been incredibly traumatic for the person who was with him when the firearm discharged. Accidents like these are nightmares that haunt you. I hope they have access to support and counseling. It's easy to second-guess actions when tragedies occur, but accidents are unfortunately a part of reality. Sending strength and peace to the community and everyone close to Jody. It's clear he touched many lives, and his absence will be deeply felt.
