Did anyone else notice how eerily quiet Thurmond Street has been since the incident? I live a few blocks over, and it's strange not seeing the usual hustle and bustle around there. I didn't know Taekwan personally, but friends of mine who did said he was always a kind soul. It's terrifying how something like this can happen so close to home and disrupt an entire community. I hope the police find answers soon, not just for justice but also to bring a sense of security back to the neighborhood. My heart goes out to Taekwan's family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time.
