I've been following Brandi Scott's case, and it's such a devastating loss for her family and community. I keep thinking about her three kids who now have to grow up without their mom. It’s hard to wrap my head around how they must be feeling, especially with the holidays coming up. I hope they have a strong support system to help them through this unimaginable time.
What really bothers me is how domestic violence so often goes unnoticed until it's too late.
