Hey everyone, I wanted to discuss an angle of Timothy Scott Strand's case that hasn't been touched on much yet. I noticed that Timothy had what was described as a transient lifestyle, staying at different places and not having a permanent address. This kind of lifestyle can make a person vulnerable, not just physically but socially too, as they might not have the same support systems others do. It really makes you think about the challenges faced by those living without stable housing. Often they're overlooked or not taken seriously, which might slow down the response when something goes wrong, like what happened with Timothy. I read that his disappearance wasn’t reported until over a month later, which is concerning. I hope more people become aware of how crucial it is for communities to look out for one another, especially those in more precarious situations. Anyone else have thoughts on how society can better support individuals with transient lifestyles to hopefully prevent something like this from reoccurring?

Has anyone been following the Timothy Scott Strand case? I was curious if anyone knew more about the assault incident before he went missing. It seems strange that it wasn't part of the initial investigation into his disappearance. Also, I'm wondering if the assault could be connected to him disappearing or if it's just a separate coincidence. Given that he often kept in touch with his mom, it seems out of character for him to just vanish, especially after something like an assault. Any locals with insights on whether the Wright County Sheriff's Office shared anything new lately or if there’s been any renewed efforts in searching the area again?

I’ve been following Timothy Strand’s case closely, and it seems really concerning that his disappearance wasn’t reported until over a month after he was last seen. I know sometimes people with transient lifestyles can go off the grid for a while, but it’s worrying that he frequently stayed in touch with his mother and then all communication just stopped. I wonder if anyone in the St. Cloud area remembers seeing anything unusual around the time he went missing? It must be really hard to gather clues when someone doesn’t have a permanent address, but maybe someone who frequented the same places as Timothy might recall something helpful.
