I can't stop thinking about the location where this tragedy happened. Boynton and Watson seems like such a normal intersection, yet it was the scene of an unspeakable tragedy. I live a few blocks away and have seen those gatherings too—15 to 20 people just hanging out. It’s usually peaceful but apparently there's more under the surface. What really haunts me is how Joshtiers Mora seemed to be someone who didn't live a life of violence. From what people say, he was a beacon of positive energy. It makes me wonder about the dynamics of his social circle. Was he truly with the wrong crowd? I can't help but speculate if he was perhaps just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I also think about those neighbors awakened by the gunfire. It’s upsetting to imagine waking up to such terror and then learning that someone so vibrant and young lost his life. I can only hope that sharing what they heard can help bring justice for Joshtiers and some peace for his family and friends. If anyone else has info, now’s the time to come forward. It’s our community, and we owe it to him.
