I’ve been following the case of Keyshawn Gault, and I can’t stop thinking about his coworkers, Myron Walker and Lamar Whitfield Jr. While the focus has been rightly placed on getting justice for Keyshawn and supporting his family, it’s important we don't overlook the emotional and physical toll this must have taken on Myron and Lamar, who were also injured in the shooting. It must be incredibly traumatic for them to have witnessed such a horrific event and to cope with the aftermath. I hope they are receiving the support they need as they heal from both their injuries and the emotional scars. The community has really come together after this tragedy, and I truly hope it propels someone with information to step forward. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this senseless act.

Hello everyone, I wanted to talk about the incredible bravery shown by Myron Walker and Lamar Whitfield Jr. during the tragic incident on I-190. It struck me how they managed to keep things from becoming even more devastating. I’m sure it’s been an unimaginably tough time for them, both physically and emotionally. It can't be easy to carry the weight of that day. I hope they're getting the support they need to heal and to process everything that's happened. And seeing how tightly-knit the Buffalo Sewer Authority family is, it's comforting to know that the community is rallying behind them. We often focus on the need for justice—and rightly so—but it’s also important to remember and uplift those who survived that horrific day. My heart goes out to both of them and the entire community as they navigate this painful road together. Stay strong, Buffalo. Let's continue to support one another and keep seeking the truth.
