I’m really struck by how vulnerable we all are to random acts of violence. Jeremy Cummings seemed like such a positive force in the sports community with JermSportsTV, and now his life was cut short for no reason at all. How chilling it must be for his friends to remember those final moments with him, having no idea they'd be the last. It’s concerning that someone so young, like Mohamed Sawaneh, could carry out an act like this. The fact that the shooting appears to have been random with Jeremy not even being the intended target just adds to the tragedy. Keep his family and friends in your thoughts—they have to navigate life without someone who brought them joy. It's awful to think that when Sawaneh drove by that day, he ended up impacting so many lives in such a terrible way.
