Hey everyone, I’ve been following the recent tragic events in NYC and can't stop thinking about all the families affected, especially Taearion Mungo's. It's absolutely devastating. I live not too far from Fort Greene and seeing this violence hit so close to home is really unsettling. Does anyone know if there's been any progress with community efforts in the area to curb this rise in youth violence? From what I've read, there are some local organizations trying to make a difference, but it seems like more support is needed. Are there ways we can get involved or help these initiatives? Sending love to Taearion’s family and friends during this awful time. Let's hope for healing and justice for all the kids lost in these senseless acts. ❤️
