Does anyone have any thoughts on the whole "gun tossed in the pond" claim by Christopher Marshall? I'm struggling to understand why he thought that story would hold up. I mean, it sounds pretty fishy that someone would move a weapon and then just throw it in a pond if it was really self-inflicted. Not to mention, the fact that three guns were found hidden under the mattress just raises more questions.
I feel so deeply for Alyssa Jordan's mother and son. Losing someone in such a tragic and violent manner must be unimaginable. Her life as a Market Leader seemed fulfilling, and it's so unfair that she won't be there to share more memories with her family.
What do others think about how this investigation might unfold, given the evidence they've already found?
I’ve been thinking about the angle of the three hidden firearms found under the mattress at Alyssa's house. It's just so puzzling to me. Why would someone hide three guns, especially knowing their status as a convicted felon? It makes me wonder if there was more going on that no one knew about or if there was an intent that hasn't come to light yet. It seems like an unnecessary risk for Christopher Marshall, given his criminal history. I feel for Alyssa's family, especially her son Zhaun, who’s left dealing with these unanswered questions while trying to make sense of this tragedy. I hope investigators can uncover more pieces of this puzzle, if nothing else, to give Alyssa's loved ones some semblance of peace or understanding.
Hey everyone,
I've been following the Alyssa Jordan case from Missouri, and something that really caught my attention was the attempted disposal of the firearm. Can you imagine the desperation or state of mind someone must be in to think tossing a gun into a pond would hide the evidence? It's baffling. This adds another layer to the tragic loss of Alyssa, whose life and potential were cut short so suddenly.
My heart goes out to her son Zhaun and her mother Joyce, who are left grappling with this unexpected void in their lives. I can't imagine the pain of losing a mother and daughter in such a senseless way, and now having to face these developments as the investigation unfolds.
What does everyone else think about this aspect of the case? Is it common to see attempts to discard evidence like this in similar situations, or does it indicate something more premeditated about the crime?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
