A Navy veteran is found dead inside her burnt home; she was stabbed to death
The body of Linda Malcom was found inside the charred remains of her home in the 1100 block of Sidney Avenue in Port Orchard on April 30, 2008. An autopsy revealed that Malcom had been stabbed to death, and investigators believe the home had been set ablaze to conceal the crime. Port Orchard police have a person of interest and don’t believe the crime was random. But no arrests have been made.
