A mental health counselor is found strangled to death
Diane Decker, 31, was found dead in her North Street home near Long Lake in South Kitsap on July 2, 1987. Her body was discovered by her husband when he returned home from work. The Kitsap Mental Health counselor had been strangled to death. The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office threw a staff of 10 detectives at the case to no avail.
