It's truly devastating to hear about Markell Byrd's senseless murder. A young father with so much dedication to his work and family, taken away under such tragic circumstances. I can't help but wonder how impactful ShotSpotter has been in getting a quicker response from authorities. It's a shame that even with such technology, suspects can still evade capture. I hope that someone comes forward with information soon. It must be so hard for his family right now, especially his kids. Keeping them in my thoughts as they navigate through this incredibly difficult time.
