Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case on Kensington Avenue and am really struck by the loss of Qua’nell Robinson. I read that he was ambitious and had such potential – a real tragedy for such a young life to be cut so short. It’s absolutely devastating for his family and everyone who knew him to have their world turned upside down like this. Something that's been on my mind is the broader issue of why these neighborhoods become hotspots for crime. The fact that this shooting happened in a lot known for illegal activity is concerning. It's like these tragic events feel almost inevitable when these patterns go unaddressed year after year. I hope the community's efforts to make the area safer, like installing crime cameras and having clean-up days, start making a real difference. Anyone here from St. Louis have any updates on how these initiatives are going? It would be comforting to know that out of something so terrible, maybe some positive changes are being sparked. To Qua’nell's family and friends, please know there are people out here who care and are thinking of you during this unbearable time. Let's keep holding these conversations and pushing for change, so we can help prevent another tragedy like this from happening. Stay safe, everyone.
