Has anyone else been following the shocking incident from February 12th in Columbia, NJ? I've been thinking a lot about what might have gone through Cheryl Schilling's mind during those final moments. It's so haunting to imagine her trying to protect her home and the people she loved. I can't help but wonder why Avitable, despite being in the company of acquaintances, felt the need to escalate into such violence. From what I've read, tensions reached a breaking point so quickly after his arrival. It makes me question the dynamics of the situation that could have led to such a tragic outcome. I really hope the investigation uncovers more about his motives and state of mind. My heart sincerely goes out to Cheryl’s loved ones; I can only imagine the emotional turmoil they must be facing. It's a sobering reminder of how fragile life really is and how quickly things can change in an instant.
