I was looking into the tragic case of Damari Hall and Alijah Demonte Gilliam and something struck me. It’s been almost two years, and there hasn't been a shred of information released regarding any suspects or motives. I wonder if anyone else is feeling frustrated with how little we've heard from the authorities. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for their families and friends, not having any answers or sense of closure.
It seems strange that with all the technology and resources available, there's still no solid lead after all this time. I know the community is still hoping for justice, and it's crucial for anyone with even the smallest bit of information to come forward. I truly hope that one day soon, their families will find the peace they deserve. ?
If anyone has heard anything new or has ideas on how we can keep this case in the public eye, please share. Hall and Gilliam’s families deserve answers and justice more than ever. Stay safe, everyone.
I can't shake this feeling of frustration about the unsolved case of Damari Hall and Alijah Demonte Gilliam. It's been nearly two years, and still no closer to answers or justice. Two young lives cut short, and their families must be living through a nightmare, not knowing who did this or why. It truly is concerning how such a serious case could remain cold despite modern investigative tools. It makes me think about how sometimes the most crucial piece of evidence can be something seemingly small. If anyone out there knows or saw something that night on Roam Court, I hope they find it in their hearts to speak up. These two deserve justice, and their families deserve peace.
I keep thinking about the Westover Station Apartments and how something so tragic could happen there. I'm not from Newport News, but I have friends who live in that area, and it's just so unsettling. It's been over a year, and there aren't any suspects or even a motive made public. I can’t even imagine the weight Damari and Alijah's families must be carrying, not just from their loss, but also from the lack of answers. It's frustrating, and I hope someone has the courage to come forward with information. I keep hoping the police find something soon. It's got to be incredibly painful for everyone who knew them. If you know anything, even if it seems small, please reach out. The families and community deserve some closure.
