Has anyone looked into the kind of impact this incident has had on the youth in Gaffney? It just makes me think about how quickly things can escalate, especially among teens. Alexis had her whole life ahead of her, and now it's all gone over something as petty as a shoe deal. It's terrifying to think that young people are resorting to such extreme measures to settle disputes. I'm no expert, but maybe this tragedy can be a wake-up call for schools and parents to step up discussions around conflict resolution. We need to ensure that children understand there are better ways to handle disagreements. Sending love to Alexis's family and friends as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
