I wanted to talk about the area where this took place – King Edwards Avenue. Does anyone know if this street had any prior incidents? It's baffling that such a vibrant person, known affectionately as "Tavis," could be taken so suddenly. It's been months, and still no arrests? I hope someone who knows something finds the courage to speak up soon. The $6,000 reward could be a significant motivator, but it's sad to think that's necessary to urge people to help bring justice for Octavia. Holding out hope for her family that they find some answers soon. Please, if anyone has heard anything more recent, share it here.
