I was reading about Herbert "Buster" Perkinson's tragic case today, and I couldn't help but feel for his family who are still seeking justice. It's hard to imagine what they must be going through, knowing his killers are still out there. I was thinking about how strange it is that someone could be taken from their home in a quiet place like Emerson. You’d think someone might have noticed something that seemed off or heard something unusual that night. I wonder if there were any security cameras, even from neighbors, that might have picked up suspicious vehicles or activity around that time. Really hoping the GBI gets a break in this case soon. Keeping his family in my thoughts.
Hey everyone, I've been following Buster Perkinson's case and wanted to share something that's been on my mind. It's such a tragedy how a routine day can turn into a nightmare. I was thinking about how crucial those early hours after his disappearance must have been. Does anyone have insights into how local authorities typically handle missing person cases in those initial hours? I'm curious if there were any unusual circumstances that might have delayed the response. Every second counts in situations like these, and it's just devastating that Buster's case remains unresolved after all these years. Hoping for justice for his family; they deserve answers and some measure of peace.
Has anyone else been puzzled by the lack of eyewitness reports in the Herbert "Buster" Perkinson case? Considering that he was found near a busy highway, it’s strange that there seems to be little information from people who might’ve seen the abduction or his vehicle on the road. I feel deeply sorry for his family, who have endured so much pain without answers. I'm really hoping someone comes forward soon to provide new leads. It’s infuriating to think there are people out there who know what happened, but haven’t spoken up. If there's anyone who travels that route regularly or was around Exit 277 on January 17, 2016—please, please check to see if you remember anything from that day. Every tiny detail could mean the world for his loved ones still waiting for justice.
