I’ve been thinking about how the authorities quickly ruled Velvet Foster’s tragic death a suicide. Something just doesn’t sit right with me about the circumstances. I understand that the coroner made the call, but considering a second individual was shot and needed hospitalization—doesn't that beg more questions? I’m not trying to stir the pot here, but Velvet’s family and friends deserve to know that everything possible was done to ensure an accurate conclusion. Could there have been more at play that was missed or overlooked? Was the connection between the individuals involved fully explored? It's so tough to see someone so full of life, as Velvet was, and hear this kind of outcome. I do hope her family finds the answers they need and that those close to her are getting the support to process such a devastating loss. Anyone else have thoughts or insights on this?
