Hey everyone, I came across the news about Marissa Decker's tragic death, and it's really been on my mind. I know there’s a lot we don’t know yet, but I’ve been thinking about the circumstances around her being in that hotel. Did she frequently travel for work or was there a particular reason for her stay at the Country Inn & Suites? Anyone local to the Summerville area might have some insights into whether this spot is common for people just passing through. Keeping her family, especially her kids, in my thoughts as they navigate this devastating time. Their strength right now must be unimaginable. If anyone has more context or thoughts, I’d love to hear. Let's hope that the investigation progresses quickly.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Marissa’s case, and one aspect that really sticks out to me is her connection to the Carrick Community Athletic Association. From everything we’ve learned, it sounds like she was incredibly passionate about softball and really invested in her community. I can only imagine how her teammates and fellow community members are feeling right now. It’s so hard to process when someone who was such a staple in community activities is suddenly gone. I wonder if any of her teammates have come forward with any info, or maybe even memories they can share that might illuminate any tensions or odd occurrences before this tragedy.
