I've been following the tragic case of Idris Chance Ali Cooper closely, and something that caught my attention is the community's reaction. It's truly moving to see how everyone has rallied around his family during this unimaginably difficult time. Reading about Chance's life, it's clear he made a lasting impact on those around him, from being the family's protector to bringing joy through his cooking. There have been a number of vigils held in his honor at the Colonial Gardens Apartments, where friends and neighbors have come together to remember him. It’s beautiful to see how his kindness touched so many lives, especially how he was always there for the elderly in his community. I think it’s important we keep sharing these positive stories about who he was, not just the heartbreaking events surrounding his death.
