On July 23, 2015, a deadly incident occurred in Phoenix, Arizona, involving a 19-year-old named Nicholas Decola. The event was described as a "drug deal gone wrong" at an apartment complex near 13th Street and East Mountain View Road. Decola was attempting to sell methamphetamine to a group of individuals when the transaction turned violent.
