I'm really struggling to wrap my head around the whole situation with Chester Tiggs III. It's so devastating that something like this happened in Flint again; it seems like our community is facing these tragedies far too often. What really caught my attention is that one of the suspects, Deshawn Tiggs, is related to Chester. It's hard enough to lose someone to violence, but I can't imagine the pain the family must be feeling knowing someone from within could be involved. Familial ties should be sacred and a source of support, not betrayal. My heart goes out to Chester's family and friends during this unimaginable time. Hopefully, with all the community support and law enforcement efforts, they can find some form of justice and peace. If anyone out there knows something that could help, please, for the sake of those left behind, step up and help the authorities.
