Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the tragic incident at Sloppy Chops. It's incredibly upsetting to hear about how a vibrant life like Alex Johnson's was cut short so suddenly and senselessly. I've never met her personally, but I've been reading about her, and she seemed like such an amazing person—so full of life and love. It's hard to comprehend how something as routine as going to work can end in such a nightmare. One detail that's been bothering me—and I'm not sure if it’s been discussed much—is the role of public safety in this area. I've read that West McNichols Road has seen its share of violence. It might not bring Alex back, but part of me wonders if enough is being done to ensure the safety of those who live and work there. Maybe it's time to push for better security measures or increased police presence to prevent tragedies like this. To Alex's family and friends, my thoughts are with you. If anything, I hope this brings more attention to the need for safety so that we can try to prevent future tragedies.
