Andrew Flores, a 32-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2021. The incident occurred when Flores, who was at his home in Rialto, noticed suspicious activity in his neighborhood. Believing that several men were casing the area for potential burglaries, he decided to follow a car that left the scene at a high rate of speed.
