Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic story of Franklin De Jesus, and something that's been on my mind is the impact this is surely having on his coworkers at Culver's. Not only did they lose a teammate, but they also lost someone who brought positive energy to their workplace every day. I'm sure working alongside someone like Franklin must've made their days brighter, and it's so difficult to suddenly have that taken away. His manager spoke about his cheerful demeanor, which makes me think he was genuinely loved and appreciated by his work family. I can't imagine how hard it must be for them to return to the routine without him there. I'm hoping they have the support they need to process this loss, as well as from the company. Losing someone in such a devastating way is tough for everyone who knew him, even outside of his friends and family circle. Has anyone heard if Culver's or local organizations are doing anything in his memory or for his coworkers? It would be nice to know that while Franklin's gone, his spirit continues to be celebrated in the place he enjoyed working.
