Does anyone have any insight into the various protective measures that can be enforced in domestic violence situations prior to a tragic outcome like Eboni's case? It's clear from the reports that there were multiple calls to the Warren Police Department concerning domestic disturbances at her home. I can't stop thinking about what more could have been done to prevent this tragedy. Was there a gap in the system, or are there limitations to what can be done when both parties continue residing together?
