Has anyone thought about the role social services might play in situations like Jevon Miller's? It's so frustrating to think that maybe this tragedy could’ve been prevented if there had been some intervention or support in place sooner. I read that her dream was to become a nurse, which takes such a caring and dedicated person. It seems like she was trying to build a better future for herself and Christian. I can't help but wonder if there was any sign or cry for help that went unnoticed. It’s just so upsetting to see another family shattered. I hope people in similar situations can find the support they need before it escalates to this point. My heart goes out to Jevon's family and little Christian—wishing him lots of strength and healing.
