Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Antwaun Conyers and just read about how Rakyia Talley was sentenced. It’s wild how things can spiral out of control over something as simple as a car! I keep thinking about how community tension must have been off the charts while Rojas was still on the run. The fact that it took over a year to finally catch him makes me wonder what steps law enforcement can take to track down fugitives more efficiently. Did anyone else notice how quickly people in the area rallied for justice? It shows how tight-knit communities are really important in times like these. I hope the family is finding support and healing in the midst of all this. Sending love to those affected.
